Detail information of products:
FZ-J type (shaft coupling, frame support) magnetic powder brake
Structure and working principle:
The magnetic powder brake is composed of a rotor, a stator, and a magnetic yoke containing an excitation coil. The three parts are relatively concentrically assembled to form a relatively rotatable whole. The annular gap (working cavity) between the rotor and the stator is filled with high permeability Alloy magnetic powder.
When there is no current through the excitation coil, the magnetic powder in the working cavity is in a loose state. Under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the magnetic powder is evenly thrown on the inner wall of the rotor. There is no force interaction between the rotor and the stator. The magnetic powder brake is in a no-load state and has no torque output.
