A Message of Hope: HP Partners with Global Artist Community

During the COVID-19 pandemic, people all over the world are showing support by decorating their windows with messages of hope. Now, HP has partnered with the global artist community to offer new designs for free.
In this time of crisis, some people are feeling more anxious than ever. Some still have to go outside and do their jobs to keep the rest of us safe every day. Others have decided to show their love and support to those people by decorating their windows with hopeful and supportive messages – pushing back against fear and isolationism, creating a shared sense of global community instead. To assist in this endearing movement, print giant HP has partnered with artist from all over the world.
Partnering With the Creative Community
To support people’s efforts, HP reached out to the global artist community. Artists like Aaron Draplin, Jessica Hische, Kanae Sato, Laura Callaghan, Noma Bar, prominent street artist Shepard Fairey and many others have all created one of a kind inspirational posters that people can easily print at home or even use as desktop wallpapers or video call backgrounds. The poster gallery is an extension of HP’s international Print, Play & Learn platform.
“We wanted to partner with the global creative community and give everyone additional ways to express how they’re feeling – from gratitude for essential workers to hope, love and togetherness,”
said Vikrant Batra, Chief Marketing Officer of HP Inc. The #windowsofhope collection includes over 35 original posters, all of which can be downloaded for free through their platform, the HP Smart App and their website.
HP’s COVID-19 Response
The #windowsofhope initiative is just one of many actions HP takes in response to COVID-19. As many other big and small print companies, – and even private print enthusiasts all over the world– HP has jumped in to lend a hand during the global pandemic. They support schools and educational institutions with their HP Refresh Programand their recently launched Turn to Learn program, “Digital Learning Partnerships”, to support students and schools impacted by the virus, delivering credible, educational content curated from leading scientific, publishing and media.
Of course, they also used 3D printingto produce missing equipment for healthcare workers and patient care, like others have done before.
Spreading Love
Sending love and support out into the world is a message very dear to many people’s hearts, especially in times like these:

Let us all be each other’s support system in these trying times and stand in solidarity with healthcare workers and everyone else risking their life to get us through the crisis, cheering them on and bringing all of us closer together!
